    Disposition:
Personable - While a good amount of the series itself focuses on Homelander at his worst, it's equally true that he is a celebrity and a highly public figure in the world of The Boys and as such, he's used to dealing with people as a whole. He's shown to be good at figuring out what people want to see, and once he's got that sorted he promptly gives it to them; while he is shown to be a little prickly at large crowds pressing in on him, he generally handles being around people well and he thrives off of their attention and admiration. He does whatever he feels will garner such reactions from them; he's fairly easygoing with basic physical contact and words of encouragement or comfort where needed, and he's very used to projecting an outward image of being both friendly and competent.

Isolated - Despite his outgoing public persona, it's revealed over the course of the series that Homelander is deeply lonely and suffering from isolation-based depression caused by being raised in solitary confinement in a laboratory setting; while his ability to actually care about people is limited and attempts made are awkward at best and disastrous at worst, he doesn't have a high degree of tolerance for people being kept from having an overall normal life (he becomes very agitated at the thought that his son might be raised in witness protection, saying that he doesn't want the kid to grow up feeling the way he felt) and he's incredibly driven to not be left alone in any way. He's affection-starved in his interpersonal life, leading him to become extremely possessive over the few people he's been in romantic relationships with and to react poorly when he's given reason to distrust them or believe that they're abandoning him in any way. He takes lies in particular very seriously and very badly; if there's one thing in particular he won't tolerate under any circumstances, it's lies.

Uncaring - As affection-starved though he is, however, the fact of the matter is that Homelander just doesn't care about most of the people he's sworn to protect; he enjoys their admiration and their respect, but he doesn't particularly care about the average person in their daily lives. As far as he's concerned they're a means to an end at best; at worst they're collateral damage when his missions go wrong. He's willing to let planes full of people crash, killing everyone onboard, solely to protect his reputation; he's honestly never had to do anything legitimately difficult in his life - he's never been challenged or had to really do much critical thinking in his work, largely because he's so much more powerful than the average person - and it shows in his lack of sympathy and his general disconnect from the public at large. He's good at interacting with them, but he doesn't relate to them, and he seems rather content to keep it that way.

Suitability: While being put in a situation where he has next to no control is unlikely to go over very well at first, it's also likely to be good for him in the long run. He's used to being able to control every aspect of his life, and that which he can't control he's used to being able to brute force into submission; when stripped of the ability to do that, he's going to have little choice - either figure himself out or don't, and either option is likely to lead to character development in some way or another. He's personable enough to get by, and he's capable of achieving at least physical synchrony with people; he's also emotionally deprived and craving affection and attachment to other people, and as such he'll be more than willing to seek out emotional synchrony with others as well.

The physical transformation aspect of things is likely to not go over terribly well at first, but they aren't completely unfamiliar to him - people with more monstrous traits do exist in The Boys, several of which in a capacity that Homelander would have worked with them - he's not thrilled about them, but people with wings and gills and other nonhuman traits are something of a fact of life so it isn't completely unfamiliar. Unpleasant, but not unfamiliar.

Condition upon arrival: He's in perfect health; he hasn't sustained any major injuries at his canon point (he did survive a very powerful and extremely recent percussive explosion, but outside of his hearing being temporarily fuzzy from the noise he didn't take too much damage), and he has no illnesses going on, terminal or otherwise.

Abilities: Homelander is designed to be a Superman expy, and as such he shares most of the same powers: supersonic flight, x-ray vision, enhanced hearing, enhanced strength, physical invulnerability, and heat vision capable of producing high-intensity beams that can cut through almost anything. Seeing as he is extremely willing to be a jerk and has a less-than-great track record with not using all of the above on people, I actually would like to ask that most of it be completely unavailable to him upon arrival; the heat vision especially needs to go, if anything is going to, but generally speaking I am totally on board with and willing to encourage the notion that everything should be brought down to normal human levels.

Inventory: He had nothing with him outside of his clothing; there's a point made of the uniforms not having pockets in them, and he doesn't carry weaponry or any personal items on his person - the former is something he finds unnecessary, and the latter... Well, he doesn't precisely own much that's his own.
